We can only ship within the U.K at this time.
On a bank holiday Monday, all orders will be sent out on the Wednesday.

If you checkout with the wrong shipping option you will get a refund NOT a delivery.
ORDER CUT OFF TIMES...
Order cut off time for Monday shipping is Sunday 2pm.
Order cut off time for Wednesday shipping is Tuesday 2pm.
Any orders placed after 2pm on a Tuesday will be shipped the following week.
Orders are packed either on Sunday or Tuesday afternoons when I book the parcel collection.
- I DO NOT have time to check emails more than once a day.
DELIVERY...
Our parcel collection days are MONDAY or WEDNESDAY - first thing in the morning.
Your livestock delivery day will be on a TUESDAY or THURSDAY by 1pm
and you will be notified which day your parcel is being delivered.
- it is up to YOU to make sure someone will be there to sign for the box.
If you are NOT at home for delivery that is down to YOU - there will be NO refunds for the loss of any livestock if your parcel has to be delivered on a different day because you were NOT there.

We do not ship live animals in extreme temperatures - if the weather is unusually hot or cold please be aware that we may delay shipping until it is safe to send them.

If you are making a purchase from us I would like to thank you for your support, all funds raised from selling our surplus livestock go straight back into heating & food costs for our animals which allows us to continue our hobby.
Our children wouldn't be able to raise & learn about so many different inverts without you.
Refunds - Please Read:
Sending any live animal is a risk that you, as the buyer, are prepared to take... I do my best to ensure they are packaged as securely as possible to make sure that they arrive as alive & healthy as they were when they left here.
PLEASE ensure that if your parcel is to be left in a 'safe place' that it is not in direct sunlight all day!
I will refund inverts that are dead on arrival ONLY with photographic proof & ONLY if notified within 5hrs of delivery
- ALL our parcels are tracked & I am aware of when they arrive with you.
If more than 1 animal dies during transit, please send me a clear photo with them all together
- separate photos of individual animals are NOT acceptable.
