Bacillis rossius from imported stock (2023)
Best kept between 15 & 20*C as they do not like too much heat, eggs will require a slight drop in temperature before hatching in the summer (I find that a cool dark corner works fine, I’ve never had to put them in fridge) We don’t have our heating on overnight in the winter but if temps drop below 12*C I just put a thin blanket or towel over the cage and they are quite happy.
Feed on Bramble, Pyracantha (both are happily eaten by nymphs) and Rose.
Nymphs will be sold as unsexed.
Eggs will be sold with a date-of-lay attached to the tub.
Please see our Phasmids page for more details.
