as most issues are caused by customers not reading it properly before placing an order - even though I mention this a lot!
1. An order you have not yet received… did you check our order cut off times or if there are any shipping delays for that week?
2. An order cancellation or refund… Did you use the CORRECT shipping method?
3. I am unable to take photos of individual snails for sale so please do not ask.
