Very easy to keep & highly recommended as a first pet or for a child as they are forgiving of temperature & humidity fluctuations (but not temps over 24*C) and the adults are very active in day time as well as at night.
NOT EUROPEAN as these come from Canada but like all our other European snails, they are cold tolerant and we let these hibernate over winter to induce spring breeding but they are just as happy at temperatures up to 22*C all year round.
