This is a fascinating little snail that gives off a strong garlic scent when disturbed - it is also omnivorous and will prey on other small snails, tiny baby slugs & eggs as well as baby isopods - I keep a colony of the dwarf white isopod Trichorhina tomentosa in our snail habitat which keeps them happy, as well as a diet of fish flakes, protein sticks & cucumber.
Key ID Points: garlic scent, semi-transparent shell, blue/grey body.
Sold as juveniles in groups of 5, approx 5mm
